SILIMO was created in 1966 with the objective to develop residential and office projects in Lisbon. The company survived a tough nationalization during the 1974 Portuguese revolution and grew as a real estate developer in the greater Lisbon area over the years surviving further crises in the sector. The group has developed numerous projects in Portugal while being controlled by the same family since 1986 and today is mainly concentrated in investing in Portuguese real estate both urban and rural while offering consulting services to third parties in order to facilitate negotiations and business conclusions.
